Custom T

The Custom T is a glass solution that uses UV reflections from the coated first surface resulting in a pattern that is barely visible to the human eye. The first surface pyrolytic UV coating is manufactured by Pilkington and transformed by Walker, creating contrasts that are seen by birds but are hardly noticeable to the human eye. This example pattern is made with 3 mm lines spaced 2 inches apart. While initially conceived as a horizontal design it can also be used vertically.

Thicknesses: 6 mm (other thicknesses are available on demand subject to minimum order quantities)

Dimension: 96’’ x 130’’ only

Substrates: Pilkington North America pyrolytic coated glass on position 1 in clear

Surface: To be used on the exterior surface

Availability: Available in less than 4,000 pound quantities. All other combinations of substrates and thicknesses are only available in full pack quantities of 4,000 pounds.

Energy: Can be combined with any low-e glass on position 3

Applications: Exterior
