Recently appointed Walker Glass President and CEO Randy Brooks is pleased to announce two new vice president positions and a senior team promotion within his market-facing organization.
Marc Deschamps has been promoted to Vice President, Products and Business Development. A Walker veteran of 27 years, Marc has built Walker’s industry-leading architectural team, as well as its product management structure. Mr. Deschamps has also been a long-time contributing member of the National Glass Association. Marc will oversee product and architectural management functions across Walker and its sister company, Gardner Glass Products.
Mr. Brooks is also pleased to promote Angelo Grippo to Vice President, R&D and Technical Services. He will manage corporate projects as well as research and development programs in the areas of process and product development. Although he is a relative newcomer as an employee, Mr. Grippo has worked closely with Walker’s senior management team for many years as a technical process manufacturing consultant.
Finally, Charles Alexander has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Charles joined Walker in 2017, managing the company’s marketing and business development teams. In this new position, he will oversee sales and marketing for both Walker and Gardner as they continue to integrate and optimize their resources. He and Marc will work closely with Randy on strategic growth initiatives.
“I am very excited to announce these new senior management roles within the organization. Each of these gentlemen will play a key role as we expand our offering and market presence in every corner of North America, all with the goal of continuing our leadership position in the mirror, acid-etch, and bird-friendly spaces,” states CEO Randy Brooks.
