Ironbridge Equity Partners expands its glass industry investment, acquiring a controlling interest in Gardner Glass Products Inc.
In the fall of 2022, Ironbridge Equity Partners (Ironbridge) acquired a controlling interest in Walker Glass Company Ltd. (Walker). Walker is North America’s market leader in the development and manufacture of acid-etched glass, premium quality mirror and bird-friendly glazing solutions.
Working closely with the Walker team, Ironbridge is pleased to announce that it has also acquired a controlling interest in US-based Gardner Glass Products (Gardner).
Like Walker, Gardner has a proud history of growth and innovation based on solid core values. Founded in 1962, Gardner Glass Products started as a mirror manufacturer. Over the years, Gardner expanded its product offering to include a variety of decorative glass products under its Dreamwalls brand.
Today, Gardner Glass Products/Dreamwalls is one of the United States’ leading decorative glass and mirror manufacturers for commercial interiors.
Gardner operates manufacturing facilities in North Carolina and Texas, and a distribution location in Indiana.
Although both companies will continue to operate as independent entities (business as usual), senior management in both organizations see tremendous growth opportunities under the Ironbridge umbrella.
